inside Sales representative

Safehive is looking for an energetic, and creative salesperson to help us in our mission to provide the best volunteer and staff safety training for non-profits, churches, sports leagues, etc. This role will give you the opportunity to truly make an impact by protecting children against horrific things like active shooters and sexual abuse - you’ll also make some good money along the way!

This type of role requires persistence, resilience, and self-motivation. We require 40+ phone calls per day.

Safehive is still an early-stage company, so you’ll be working directly with the founders. There will be future opportunities for sales leadership for those who demonstrate high performance, strong work ethic, and consistent over-achievement of goals.

How to succeed:

  • Initiate conversations with skeptical strangers through cold calls and in person meetings.

  • Discipline to power through phone calls.

  • Resilience to keep going in the face of adversity.

  • You won’t be micromanaged, everyone at Safehive is self-motivated and a self-starter.

We’d like you to:

  • Have demonstrated prior success with inside sales or similar experience (optional).

  • Know the basics of operating a sales CRM (optional).

  • Learn and maintain industry experience in organizations like churches and nonprofits.

  • Bring ideas and solutions to the sales team.

Job details:

  • Base pay + commission
